Is it free to contact you?
Yes! Contact us for free, and we’ll reach out to schedule a consultation call to understand what you need.

How much is the consultation?
A full 30-minute consultation is $20.
If you decide to move forward with us, we’ll waive that fee entirely.

When will I be charged?
You’ll be invoiced once we agree on the scope of work. Payment is due within 30 days of signing.

What if the project takes more or less time than expected?
Our quotes are based on an estimated scope.

• If the work takes less time, the original price still applies.

• If the work takes longer than expected due to changes, delays, or factors outside our control, we’ll discuss a revised timeline or pricing before continuing. No extra work will be done without your approval.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
If you need to end the project early, we can offer a partial refund based on the work already completed.
Note: if we waived your consultation fee, it may be added back in.
